| If you are a new client, we will visit your home at least 2 days prior to the first scheduled visit at no charge. This is a requirement so that we may get to know your pets and they get to meet us. We suggest you do a "save target as" for the New Client Packet to print out later. This may seem like an awful lot of paperwork, but you'll see that it will ensure the safety of your pets and home, and both of us will know exactly what is expected and what will be done. While we will bring a packet with us, we have found most clients prefer having it ahead of time. If you have used us in the past and your information is on file, just fill out a Reservation Form and we will send you a completed Service Request Form. |
